Terms of Use & Service Agreement

Welcome to Trading Strategy Testing (TST). By accessing our website, purchasing our digital products, or participating in our community platforms (including Discord and Telegram), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of our services immediately.

1. Educational Services & Non-Financial Advice

1.1 Information Only: All materials provided by TST, including but not limited to the Visual eBook, video content, live coaching, and logic analysis, are for educational and informational purposes only.
1.2 No Professional Advice: TST is not a financial advisory firm, broker, or tax professional. Nothing contained within our services constitutes personalized investment advice or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or financial instrument.
1.3 Individual Responsibility: You acknowledge that you are 100% responsible for your own trading decisions. TST provides the framework and logic, but the execution and risk management are solely your responsibility.

2. Proprietary Tools & Intellectual Property

2.1 TST Nexus Logic: Our proprietary tools, including the TST Nexus Indicator and its associated markers (▲ and ▼), are visualization aids designed to assist in the understanding of market logic. They are not automated trade signals or “get rich” indicators.
2.2 Copyright: All content, logic systems, and educational methodologies are the intellectual property of Trading Strategy Testing. Unauthorized distribution, reselling, or “leaking” of our proprietary materials will result in immediate termination of access without refund and potential legal action.

3. High-Risk Disclosure

3.1 Market Risk: Trading financial markets involves a high degree of risk and may not be suitable for everyone. You may lose some or all of your initial investment.
3.2 Risk Capital: We strongly advise that you only trade with “risk capital”—funds that you can afford to lose without impacting your financial security or lifestyle.
3.3 No Guarantees: Past performance of any logic or strategy is not indicative of future results. TST makes no guarantees of profit or success.

4. Billing, Payments, & Memberships

4.1 Digital Products: One-time purchases (such as the Visual eBook) grant the user a non-transferable, lifetime license to access the specific educational materials purchased.
4.2 Recurring Subscriptions: Membership-based services (including Mentorship Elite and Indicator access) are AUTOMATIC RECURRING SUBSCRIPTIONS.
4.3 Payment Authorization: By initiating a subscription through our payment processor (Whop), you authorize TST to charge your payment method automatically every thirty (30) days until the subscription is formally cancelled.

5. Cancellation & Account Management

5.1 Self-Service Policy: All memberships are self-managed by the user. TST does not manually process cancellations via email or DM.
5.2 Cancellation Procedure: To stop recurring charges, you must cancel your subscription through your Whop Dashboard (whop.com/hub).
5.3 Renewal Deadlines: Cancellations must be processed prior to the next scheduled billing date. TST is not responsible for, and will not refund, renewals that occur due to a failure to cancel in a timely manner.

6. Strict No-Refund Policy

6.1 Digital Delivery: Because our services grant immediate access to proprietary digital logic, indicators, and restricted coaching archives, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
6.2 No Exceptions: TST does not offer refunds, pro-rated credits, or “satisfaction guarantees” under any circumstances. This policy applies to all products, whether one-time purchases or recurring subscriptions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trading Strategy Testing, its founders, and its contractors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, or for any financial losses incurred through trading.

Acknowledgment: By completing a purchase or remaining a member of the TST community, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Use.
