Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the content or its intellectual-property rights to the customer.

These tools are intended to assist users in understanding analytical concepts. They are not automated instructions, guaranteed signals, personalized recommendations, or guarantees of any particular outcome.

Users remain responsible for interpreting the information and deciding whether or how to use it.

6. Risk Disclosure

Activities involving financial markets carry substantial risk and may not be suitable for everyone. Users may lose some or all funds committed to their personal activities.

Examples, educational demonstrations, simulated results, historical information, testimonials, and past performance do not guarantee future results.

TST Education makes no guarantee concerning profits, performance, accuracy, income, or success.

Users should consider their knowledge, experience, objectives, and financial circumstances and seek appropriately qualified independent advice when necessary.

7. Prices and Payments

7.1 Prices

Product prices, currencies, included features, access periods, and applicable billing terms are displayed before checkout.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order and correcting any errors before completing payment.

7.2 Payment processing

Payments may be processed through Whop, PayPal, or other supported payment providers.

The separate terms, policies, and privacy practices of those providers may also apply to the transaction.

7.3 Taxes

Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or similar charges unless those amounts are collected and remitted by TST Education or the applicable payment platform.

8. One-Time Purchases

A one-time purchase provides access to the specific digital product described at checkout.

Unless otherwise stated, the licence is personal and cannot be transferred, shared, resold, or assigned to another person.

Access may be suspended where there is evidence of fraud, payment reversal, unauthorized distribution, account sharing, or a material violation of these Terms, subject to applicable law.

9. Recurring Subscriptions

9.1 Automatic renewal

A product identified at checkout as a recurring subscription will renew automatically at the price and billing frequency disclosed before purchase until it is cancelled.

9.2 Payment authorization

By purchasing a recurring subscription, the customer authorizes the applicable payment processor to charge the selected payment method for each renewal.

9.3 Price changes

Any subscription price change will be communicated as required by applicable law. Customers may cancel before a new price takes effect.

10. Subscription Cancellation

10.1 Whop subscriptions

Customers can manage or cancel subscriptions purchased through Whop using their Whop dashboard:

https://whop.com/hub

10.2 Cancellation timing

Customers should cancel before the next scheduled renewal date. Cancellation normally prevents future renewals but does not automatically reverse a payment that has already been processed.

10.3 Assistance

Customers who cannot access the available cancellation tools should contact TST Education through the support method published on our website before the next renewal date.

Nothing in this section restricts any cancellation right available under applicable law.

11. Refund Policy

11.1 Digital delivery

Because TST Education’s digital products are normally delivered or made accessible promptly after purchase, completed sales are generally final once access has been granted.

11.2 Subscriptions

Subscription charges already processed are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the applicable offer or required by law.

11.3 Delivery or access problems

Customers who do not receive their purchased access or experience a material technical delivery problem should contact TST Education promptly.

TST Education will investigate the issue and may restore access, correct the problem, or provide another remedy where appropriate.

11.4 Statutory rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or overrides any non-waivable cancellation, reimbursement, warranty, or other consumer right available under applicable law.

14. Community Platforms

TST Education may operate communities through third-party platforms such as Discord, Telegram, Whop, or similar services.

Users must follow these Terms and the applicable platform rules. TST Education may moderate content or restrict participation where reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these Terms, or comply with legal obligations.

Community discussions represent the views of individual participants and do not necessarily represent TST Education.

15. Suspension and Termination

TST Education may suspend or terminate access where it reasonably determines that a user has:

  • Shared or resold an account

  • Distributed protected materials

  • Engaged in fraud or payment abuse

  • Attempted unauthorized access

  • Harassed users or staff

  • Materially violated these Terms

  • Used the services unlawfully

Where appropriate and legally required, TST Education may provide notice or an opportunity to correct the violation.

Termination does not affect rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16. Third-Party Services

TST Education relies on third-party providers for payment processing, digital delivery, hosting, communication, analytics, and community features.

Third-party services may experience interruptions, changes, or technical problems outside TST Education’s control. Use of those platforms may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Nothing in this section limits any responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.

17. Availability and Changes

TST Education may update, improve, replace, or discontinue features and content.

We do not guarantee that every service will remain continuously available or free from technical errors. Where a material change affects a paid service, TST Education will provide any notice or remedy required by applicable law.

18. Disclaimers

TST Education makes reasonable efforts to provide useful and accurate educational information. However, content may contain errors, omissions, delays, or information that becomes outdated.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, products and services are provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees concerning uninterrupted availability, accuracy, suitability, or results.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TST Education will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, its products or services.

TST Education is not responsible for financial decisions or losses resulting from a user’s independent actions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

20. Privacy

Customers should review the Privacy Policy before submitting personal information or completing a purchase.

The latest version and its effective date will be posted on this page. Changes will not retroactively remove rights already acquired by customers except where permitted by law.

22. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer right or jurisdiction available under applicable law.
