Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases and memberships within the Trading Strategy Testing (TST) ecosystem, including digital educational materials, proprietary software, and coaching services.
1. Digital Access Products (One-Time Purchases)
Products that grant immediate access to educational materials (such as eBooks, guides, or video portals) are considered “consumed” at the moment of delivery.
1.1 Finality of Sale: All sales for one-time digital access products are final.
1.2 No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for change of mind, dissatisfaction with content, or individual trading outcomes.
2. Subscription-Based Services (Recurring Memberships)
All recurring services operate on a recurring billing cycle (e.g., monthly, quarterly, or annually).
2.1 Automatic Renewal: By subscribing, you authorize a recurring charge via our payment processor (Whop) at the start of each new billing period until you choose to cancel.
2.2 Non-Refundable Usage: We do not provide refunds for active billing periods. Fees are non-refundable once the charge is processed.
2.3 Management Responsibility: Users are 100% responsible for managing their own subscriptions. We do not provide refunds for “forgotten” renewals.
3. Cancellation Policy
To stop future charges, you must manage your membership through the Whop Dashboard (https://whop.com/hub).
3.1 Self-Serve: You may cancel at any time. To avoid the next charge, cancellation must be completed before your next renewal date.
3.2 Access removal: Access is typically maintained until the end of the current paid billing period.
4. Limited Technical Exceptions
Refunds are only considered in verified cases of:
4.1 Duplicate Billing: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same service and period.
4.2 Verified System Failure: If a documented technical error on our side prevented access for the majority of a billing period.
5. Trading Risk & Results
TST provides tools and logic; we do not guarantee profits. No refunds will be issued based on individual trading performance or market conditions.
6. User Responsibility & Notice
6.1 Duty to Review: It is the sole responsibility of the user to read and understand these terms prior to purchase.
6.2 Accessibility: These terms are made publicly available across all TST touchpoints, including our official website, product checkout pages, social media profiles, and community platforms.
6.3 Informed Consent: By completing a purchase or joining a TST community, you acknowledge that you have had ample opportunity to review these policies and expressly agree to be bound by them.
